4. Fees and Payment

Fees must be paid as outlined in your agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

All business information shared during mentorship is confidential. Both parties agree to maintain the privacy of sensitive information.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All resources and materials provided are the intellectual property of Level up with Turista / The J3 Academy. They are for personal use only and may not be shared or used commercially without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any losses or outcomes resulting from the mentorship program. Participants are fully responsible for their own business actions.

 

8. Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Texas.

 

10. Changes to Terms
