By purchasing any ala-carte services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.

We offer business mentorship services, including advice and guidance tailored to your business. We also provided services that can help you with your business. Results are not guaranteed, and participants are responsible for their own business decisions.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees must be paid as outlined in your agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

All business information shared during mentorship and the services you acquire are confidential. Both parties agree to maintain the privacy of sensitive information.

6. Intellectual Property

All resources and materials provided are the intellectual property of Level up with Turista / The J3 Academy. They are for personal use only and may not be shared or used commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any losses or outcomes resulting from the mentorship program or our servcies. Participants are fully responsible for their own business actions.

8. Termination

Both parties may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes via email or through our website.
